Launch the Guildford Institute website - this was a big project at the end of 2012 and launching in the new year was a great start to the year

Triathlon PB of 2:12

Broke my PB for Olympic distance triathlon at Worthing. Launched my project "dived.in" and got a mention by one of my most respected peers.

And for 2014...

Theres already some pretty exciting stuff on the horizon, but if 2014 shapes up to be anything like 2013 then I think it's going be fun! I've also decided to have another go at long distance triathlon and you'll find me shuffling around lake Wörthersee at the end of June for Ironman Austria.
